Double-sided T-Patch

This interesting patch at first appears to be a typical example of the division insignia from WWII. Uniquely, however, it was manufactured with a full patch on either side. One side shows definite wear, likely because it was the outward facing side on a jacket, and the opposite face shows no wear whatsoever.
